Ingredients

  • 2 fillets fresh salmon
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper
  • ½ cup carrots
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • cooked rice
  • chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Push vegetables to one side of the skillet to make space for the salmon.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the center of the skillet.
