Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped

1 banana, sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Fresh fruits for topping (sliced peaches, berries, banana slices)

Granola or oats for crunch

Chia seeds or flaxseeds for added nutrition

Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using).
