Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or cheese of your choice)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: sliced jalapeños, for extra heat

Instructions

Prepare the Fries:

    - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

      - Wash and scrub the russet potatoes, then cut them into fries (about 1/4 inch thick).

        - Toss the fries in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

          - Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they're golden brown and crispy.

            Cook the Steak and Veggies:

              - While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

                - Once hot, add the sliced ribeye steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes, just until browned and cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

                  - In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper.

                    Combine Everything:

                      - Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and layer the sautéed onions and green peppers over the top.
