Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • Fresh thyme leaves optional, for garnish
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth it, then cut into 2-inch squares.
  • Place a small piece of Brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
  • Add half a teaspoon of raspberry jam on top of the Brie.
