  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, pumpkin puree, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
