Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and salt.

Gently fold in the chia seeds and half of the chopped walnuts.
Reserve the other half of the walnuts for later.
