Ingredients

2 cups watermelon, diced and deseeded

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 ripe banana, frozen

½ cup coconut yogurt (or any yogurt you prefer)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

¼ cup coconut water (or regular water)

Toppings: granola, sliced fresh strawberries, watermelon cubes, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and mint leaves

Instructions

In a blender, combine the diced watermelon, sliced strawberries, frozen banana, coconut yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and coconut water.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.

      Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.

        Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
