Ingredients

2 cups ripe watermelon, cubed and seeds removed

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions

Place the cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Add the coconut water, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or agave syrup, and lime juice to the blender.

      Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy.

        If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until crushed and mixed in.

          Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness with more honey or agave syrup if desired.

            Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves on top.
