Ingredients

  • 12 pieces soft slider rolls
  • 12 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • optional your favorite hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, then scramble the eggs until just set, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Slice each slider roll in half and arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Layer each slider with a bacon strip, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls over the filled bottoms and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm with optional hot sauce.
