  • 1 can 10.5 oz creamy mushroom soup
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup crispy French fried onions plus extra for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
