  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle flour over the cooked sausage and stir for 1 minute.

  • Cook the mixture until thickened, about 5-8 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Press the biscuit dough into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
