Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 lb scallops

1/2 lb crab meat

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup white wine

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp lemon zest

Salt and pepper, to taste

Red pepper flakes, optional for spice

Instructions

Start by cooking the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to turn opaque, then add the white wine and bring it to a simmer.

Once the alcohol in the wine cooks off (about 2-3 minutes), stir in the crab meat gently to warm it through.

Reduce the heat to low, and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 3 minutes to thicken slightly.

Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and the sauce is creamy. If it’s too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Stir in the lemon zest and fresh parsley, adjusting seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.

Toss the cooked fettuccine in the seafood Alfredo sauce until well coated, ensuring every strand is enveloped in the creamy goodness.

Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan on top.
