  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • ½ cup fresh parsley finely chopped

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup black olives pitted and roughly chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
