Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

8 oz rotini pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Rotini: Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Steak Bites: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to scrape up any bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Add Cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Combine: Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet with the sauce, followed by the drained rotini. Toss everything together until the pasta and steak are well coated in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.

Serve: Plate the dish and garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
