Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp butter (for cooking)

Whipped cream (for serving)

Additional strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Lay two tortillas flat and spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each.

Sprinkle the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer, dividing them equally between both tortillas.

Top with the remaining two tortillas to form two quesadillas.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Carefully place one quesadilla in the skillet and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.

Remove from the skillet and repeat the process with the second quesadilla.

Slice each quesadilla into wedges and serve warm, topped with whipped cream and additional strawberry slices for garnish.
