Ingredients

1 lb (450g) freshly ground pork sausage

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, smoked paprika, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), and apple cider vinegar. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Form Sausages: Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions and shape each portion into sausage links or patties as desired.

      Cook Sausages: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (70°C).
