1 cup ripe mango, diced (about 1 large mango)

1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
