Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, and season with salt and pepper; sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet; sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in pineapple chunks and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Whisk together reserved pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl; pour over chicken mixture.
