Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup canned tuna (drained and flaked)

1 cup fresh broccoli florets

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 small onion (diced)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Sauté the Vegetables: In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

      Cook the Broccoli: Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until they are bright green and slightly tender.

        Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in the flaked tuna and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

          Combine Ingredients: Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, over the sautéed vegetables. Use a spatula to gently stir, ensuring that the veggies and tuna are distributed evenly.

            Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the egg mixture.

              Cook on Stovetop: Allow the frittata to cook on the stovetop for about 5 minutes, or until the edges start to set.

                Transfer to Oven: Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set in the center and golden on top.

                  Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing into wedges.
