Ingredients

1 medium ripe banana

1 medium apple (preferably a sweet variety like Fuji or Honeycrisp)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for flavor)

A handful of ice cubes

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits: Peel the banana and chop it into chunks. Core the apple, chop it into quarters (you can leave the skin on for added nutrients), and remove the seeds.

    Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the banana, apple, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and cinnamon (if using).

      Add Ice: Throw in the ice cubes to make the smoothie cold and refreshing.

        Blend Smoothly: Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a couple of times.
