Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

8 ounces egg noodles

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot. Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles to the crockpot. Stir well, cover, and let cook until the noodles are soft.

After noodles are cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream until melted and creamy.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
