1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup vanilla yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
